It's difficult to completely cut carbs, but would recommend making your own bread from other sources (chickpeas / lentils / etc.) especially if you enjoy bread. Include clove tea and kefir for a happy gut, I've always struggled with my gut and these two additions are definitely making a difference. Watch Hack Your Gut on Netflix - explains why we gain weight even though we're exercising, eating healthy / mindful / calorie counting / etc. The twin mice experiment says it all...

Sounds like Sibo. You'll need to speak to your doc about a referral for a gastroenterologist. Make enquiries regarding Rifaximin as a prescription. All the best 💛

Stay away from anything with gluten. No bread, pasta- try eating gluten free. You will heal your gut. And yes, probiotics like kombucha, kefir, yoghurt and prebiotics- lots of colourful veg.

Take your milk kefir with fiber like grounded flaxseeds. Make tea with fresh ginger, it works a charm.

I take a digestive enzyme supplement after every big meal, twice a day. It helps a lot. Yoghurt and kellogs all bran granola for breakfast for the fibre, it tastes better than just plain allbran and sugar content isn't bad at all

I also struggle with bloating ,IBS and (whispering: passing gas) and what worked for me is seeing which foods could cause this. It's taken about 2 years for me to figure out, dairy, gluten and sugar do not agree with me anymore. But please consult your doctor or a nutritionist before you start cutting foods out. Good luck ♡

i was going that whole spiral thinking im gluten intollerant. started a palleo diet. Gut got worst. eventually went to see a homeopath and it turns out im insolien resistant. build up allergies to allot. had IBS without knowing it. hormones a global mess with plenty of cystic problems. id rather you go see a bluddy good homeopath rather than a DR cause none of them could help me. im not on a very strict keto to help with all the reversing and fixing of hormones. so when in doupt. do a keto for 2 weeks and slowly start introducing natural carbs. just honestly, stay away from bread and middle isles poison and try have that once in a blue moon. there is nothing good they sell you at a grocery store. if it wont kill you, it will make you so sick you will suffer a very long time with poor quality of life and lots of wasted DRs bills. 5 Docters used me for money and they messed my body up surgically by cutting and cutting. the answers where clear as day. prqctice Keto or amediterainian but dont stay on completly. natural foods. leave coffee and fizzy drinks. Alllll koocing oil, chuck in bin. except plant based. everyone will end up where I am eventually but sadly nobody listens till it happens.

https://www.eatingwell.com/article/291347/simple-30-day-weight-loss-meal-plan-1200-calories/ 👆🏻It is possibly one of the best, budget friendly eating plans out there. I have done keto, but honestly, I gained what I had lost, and some back, when going back to "normal" food.🥲 My daughter has been following this eating plan, and now and again enjoys a good meal in a restaurant and even take-out.🤩 she has dropped 12kg in 4 months, and cellulite has almost completely disappeared💃. Worth a try I think. I have lost around 3kg in 2 weeks. I could've lost more, but I have cheated too often and was too lazy to exercise 🤪 I'm going full-steam ahead from today, so I will keep you guys posted on my experience 💯

Apparently fasting 24+hours at least once a week gives your gut a chance to rest and recoup. I haven’t tried it yet because with work and gym Im normally violently hungry in the mornings 😭. But I know that Netflix has a movie about the gut and its health, maybe check it out if you have a chance
