This is what stress , anxiety and depression look like.. The past couple of months have been hell, I literally stopped doing all the things I love .I stopped taking care of myself.
I feel so ashamed and disappointed at myself, it’s time I change all that and I’m done feeling sorry for myself 🤞🏾
