feeling good today. went out last night and did not over do it. I wont lie, I had some popcorn and a few home chips but other than that I'm good.scale is tipping in the right direction too. Now, just want to focus on my water intake today.
On a side note.. I've been thinking of the new year and what I want my goals to be, so I decided to write em down as I think of them then post my "goals" soon. Also, I was thinking, 2015 is the 1st year ever that I made a goal and stuck to it. I wanted to lose weight, work out, get healthy and eat right and I've stuck with it all this time. I'm pretty stoked and amazed.
Random blurb: I'm cutting out happy hour til Christmas/New Year/Bday. We usually have drinks Saturdays either at home or with friends(not every Saturday but at least 2x a month) and I want to admit and be honest, I over did it at the Christmas party last week and feel the need to dry out bc in a few weeks its Xmas and we always have drinks on 24th then my bday is 12/30 then New Years. I know I don't have to have drinks but I like and want to that week so I'm deciding to save it til then.Anyway, feeling like I don't want to over do it so gonna give it up for a while. Its no biggie but wanted to put it out there bc once i type it, its real LOL..
Gonna work on prepping/planning ahead for the week today and tomorrow and plan to get a mean work out it. Hope everyone has a awesome day!!

Good work. Sticking to your goal all 2015 is so great! I'm going to have to print my goal for the rest of this year and all of 2016. Should be a great year. I'm ready to get back into it. Thanks for the inspiration.

dboza, i was gonna start to jot down my goals in a notebook then make em official once the new year rolls in...kinda like set some goals and plan out what I need to do to get there,,, that really helped me this year. I also did a lot of soul searching and was really honest with myself and learned a lot about who i want to be and whats really stopping me from getting there and I learned that past goals werent met and resolutions not kept bc I am usually my own worst enemy... I know kinda deep for a FS post but what the heck.. maybe my experience will help some one down the line.

Well done on all you've achieved in 2015! You're a great inspiration. It's good to let go and celebrate sometimes. I was out celebrating last night 😉 And good to balance it out with 'good' days, to avoid feeling annoyed with yourself, I think! I'm sure you will come up with great goals 😀 Looking forward to reading them!
