Day 5/12 Doing good this morning....so far. I got up early to have an early breakfast, kind of. Since I will probably eat my lunch before I go to work, so it will be a relatively early lunch. I work late so probably have a kind of late dinner at work. Hopefully I can break long enough to eat. I'm off tomorrow which is nice but a friend is coming over to take me out to eat (a belated BDay lunch). He is also watching what he eats so maybe I can talk him into just getting some salad stuff and plain chicken and fix it up here and eat, which would be nice. I really am trying to avoid going out to eat. I know next month that won't be as easy as it sounds since my BFF will be here and that is one thing she loves to do; go out to eat, so much so she gave me 2 gift cards for restaurants. Oh well I think by then I will be disciplined enough to order within or close to what my woe is. I've been on it (not this 12 day one) for March and I feel good. Hope ALL is well in FS-Land and take care to ALL :-)
