ok, finished the day 1 of 12 on Grapefruit/Mayo and I feel good. IT showed a drop from yesterday but still above the posted number above (IT 174.4). So I'll wait to record it on the FS Scale for now. Today I have a volunteer (stressful) job to go to. I packed my lunch so I will stay away from the 'goodies' that people always bring (donuts, cakes, etc) and that are there all the time (chips, cookies, etc). I also am trying to avoid coffee since I always put too much no sugar hazelnut creamer in it and that seems to set up a trigger with me. Plus this woe I'm on says to limit coffee to one cup per meal and I'd rather have my tea anyway. Hope ALL is well in FS-Land & Take care to ALL :-)
