Day 1 done of eliminating dairy, wheat and nightshade vegetables. It also helped that I had insane nausea and gastro (still have). I'm trying to heal my sinus allergies by reducing inflammatory foods. Recently I've been going hard on cheese, jalapeños and wheat. My sinuses have never been this messed up. So, I'm cutting it out for a month to see how my body feels... My sinus symptoms today were intense, throbbing pain behind my eyes and eyebrows. My head feels dizzy at times. My acid reflux is out of control. Ontop of acid reflux pil, I need to drink bicarb in water. It helps a little bit. Keen to see the changes within 4 weeks.
