2024 Been in a little funk. My daughter talked me into 75 and hard. Basically two 45 minute work outs a day. One inside and one out (the days I work this will be walking !) pick a diet (I’m going back to my intermittent fasting bc I know if works) read 10 pages of motivational non fiction (I have several daily devotional I love ) no cheat days. And a gallon of water a day ( I love water and my 40 ounce Stanley so this maybe easiest part ) I’ll let y’all know how it goes ❤️

I could maybe do half of that. Maybe. A half gallon of water is plenty for me. I could not do 2 workouts a day for 45 minutes. I feel good if I get a 30 minute walk done. Good luck!

The water is the easiest part for me but getting up at 4 am to get on the bike will be a different story ! Loving the intermittent fasting it really makes me feel so good.
