Another day done and dusted. Increasing by another 50 jumps tomorrow🤗

You've inspired me, I downloaded an app today. Did a 4min hitt workout and my calves were on fire.

I love that it works the entire body. I’m feeling it in my calves too, hamstrings and my belly.

just putting it out there - I used to do jump rope and got to doing 2000 - 4000 jumps per day, almost everyday. Can no longer at all due to tendinitis in my ankle as a direct result from too much jumping. It's a great, fun exercise. Just be careful.

Oh my word, thanks for the heads up. I’ll keep it at 2000 max and not make it an everyday thing.
