To the ladies on their weighloss journey. How many calories a day do you consume? I'm at about 1800cl a day. Too much or too little?

That’s really depends on your own metabolic rate and activity level. I’m way below 1800 on a deficit

I think 1800 is a good start. But it also depends on your height and weight. I think you can Google bmr calculator for calorie deficit to see how much calories you need for weight loss
