Ok been off & on again, but at least my 'up' is going down again. I did not post my weight on the 'scale' here but I'll list it, it is now 177.4 which is what I expected. But I will try to behave the rest of this week. And maybe I will get back on the down down road. I do have a Big BDay party to go to this weekend, and they are having it catered by a wonderful Italian Restautant, so I will indulge but keep my portions under control!
