Goals for the week: 1. make time for me.. go to gym at least 4 times this week and stick to my workout "plan" 2. Add in some intense cardio, switch it up from treadmill to elliptical.. push myself 3. Follow my diet.. one bite here and there WILL make difference in the long run. Make a menu or meal plan and actually stick to it..No more excuses. 4. Water water water and more water , did I mention water?? 5. LOG EVERYTHING .. truthfully.. 6. Wake up early and get things done before work
I haven't fallen off the wagon or anything but I did have a bite of a yeast roll, and some bites of DH's ice cream (yes i know.. its messes up my tummy but I gave in). I just feel like sometimes I need to keep my eye on the prize and focus on my goals and remind myself over and over. Logging it here keeps me honest.. Menu is made out, tomorrows shopping list is ready to go, gym clothes are clean and Im a lean mean mommy machine!! Week.. hit me with your best shot!!

This is funny becuase I do the same on Sundays...wash the gym clothes, pre-cook some veggies, have a plan...

You are doing great Red just keep it up and don't worry about wanting things sometimes if you crave say a 3 musketeer bar have a little snack size one not a big one and the craving will go away. For me the key thing is I don't deprive myself of anything I comprise with it. you are killing it :)
