same weight but thats ok. I kind of stayed on my 'sort of' woe. I was good at my friends dinner/movie night. She had her chili and I had my boiled eggs & salad. Sure I wanted the treats on the coffee table but I did resist them. Sure I wanted to say yes to the offer of chocolate ice cream but I said a simple 'no thank you' and she left it at that. I did eat more nuts and seeds when I got home, since I found a small amount in the cabinet, and I did wake up to eat an Atkins protein bar, which I really didn't need but it did taste good. Fortunately I do not have any other no-no foods in my apt, really I don't have much FOOD. I need to go grocery shopping today and I'm not very confident I can resist temptation, but I will try my best. Thats pretty much all I can do and take it from there. Today I go to a volunteer job, it is kind of stressful lately and I was going to take the day off, but at least 3 other people will not be there and one of them is the manager. She has been away for a couple months (maybe 2-1/2 I forget) but I'm in charge when she is not here. Plus they always bring no-no junk snacks. I'm going to bring my protein drink and bar. Hopefully that will keep me in check. I am really thinking of reevaluating that "JOB". I did say I'm going to only 'work' every other week (1 day a week) but I end up bringing work home and also doing offsite presentations. We only have 6 volunteers and as I said, it has become very stressful & busy. I really need a break. I also work 2-3 other jobs. EEEKKK I thought I was going to retire!. Hope ALL is well in FS Land & Take care to ALL.
