Well, I'm pleased with my sudden drop in weight, due to my stopping the addiction to carbohydrates. I think this will be it for me. I was a little tired last night, but I am determined. No more carbs, except for veggies, for me. Maybe fruit, once I get down.
74.3 kg Lost so far: 0.5 kg.    Still to go: 2.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
