I've been unmotivated and off my game. I lose steam when I let carbs creep back in; I just do my best the closer I get to 0 carbs. With apples and raspberries ripe in my yard, I've slipped. The consequence has been a little chocolate, more veggies and a complete stall in weight loss. Yesterday was the first day of Autumn and I'm refocusing for the fall season. Typically, this is a good season for me - after the summer and before the holidays. I'm going to do better in order to feel better. I've been a little blue and unfocused, which for me is a sign of too many carbs. My mental focul improves with circulating ketones. This morning: fasting blood sugar of 75, and ketones of 1.0. It's a good start to a new season. I'm off to the gym.
