Anybody in da house doing a Carnivore Diet?

I’d love to hear your tips and suggestions
And also if you have had any bad experiences

I’m considering switching it up from the traditional SSAD (standard South African Diet)
And would appreciate learning from you

Tried it for a couple of weeks. Constipation convinced me it was a bad idea.
