This is how majority of my clothes are fitting following a horrible winter,it was tough i won't lie. The bright side i am putting the scale to rest and will this shirt (which i love) to measure my progress.💪💪💪

Yass!!!!! There's no greater feeling than when clothes start to get looser. Great motivators too. I use a specific pair of pants which I call pivot pants. because I want to see the pivot from tight to loose fitting 😄

I also have given the scale a rest - technically it broke giving me a break 😂 so I am using my clothes and there is no greater feeling as they fit better or better still get loose ! Serotonin HigH
