NEW LOWEST WEIGH-IN SINCE Sept 1 2022. An entire year ago!!! i guess I needed this refeed. I ate a surplus of 253!! First refeed in 12 days. I had chest and bicep soreness from previous workout. it's gone today! The dress I'm wearing is fitting tremendously looser in the chest and waist area. I gasped when I saw the scale this morning.
