better to eat complex carbs instead of simple, like whole wheat or whole rye bread if you you want to eat bread .. complex carbs give you more energy and allow to fill full longer and not raising you blood sugar too quickly and then contribution to its quick downfall 🤎

My hack with white bread is to toast, it has few calories 💃🏽

Try Albany Low GI White. Has almost the same nutritional value as their Low GI brown while still feeling like you're indulging 😍
