ate a lot of carbs and sugar with eid celebrations over this last week, so the gain is to be expected. hoping to sign up for the gym this month, I need to start getting some movement in daily.... and more water!
59.9 kg Lost so far: 25.1 kg.    Still to go: 5.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
