I am doing intermittent fasting 18:6. It is working for me. I only eat between 12:00 - 18:00. I like the programme as it gives me the chance to have a treat if I feel like it so I don't ever feel deprived. I just need to start doing some exercise apart from walking around at work. We are having a very cold wet winter at the moment, so outdoor activity opportunities depend on the weather.
