we had a cookout for father's day and I ate cheeseburgers and potato salad and way too many carbs I'm trying to do reduced calories and intermittent fasting, I've cut my my dew down to one a day and hope to cut it off completely I used to never drank water hated it but I find myself drinking it now and I don't mind it actually yesterday my husband tried to get me a second my dew because I was having bad headache I only drank a little bit of it and then got me a water so I am doing better but still have a ways to go..
