Hi I'm Sara and I am trying to loose weight at 347.6 this morning and lost 5lbs this week by not drinking much of the mt dew that I am addicted to I've cut it down to a 16.9oz bottle per day then water. I have to loose at least 50-60lbs before I get knee surgery again. I gained that 60lb in the last 2yrs depressed and not going many places because I can only stand/walk on my knee for about 2-3min at times do I don't get much exercise at all. anyone have any exercises I can do sitting down to help me...

Hi Sara - I'm Nan! :) I have found that sitting on an exercise ball as a chair is an easy way to build core muscles without it seeming like exercise. It also doesn't hurt the joints (yay! NO impact). Balancing on the ball makes everything work in ways that are surprisingly intense and beneficial. The ball helped me find my waist again. Who would have thought I'd find it while sitting at my desk!
