my scale broke. waiting for my new scale to be delivered tomorrow.
having a lot of water retention, I'm swollen my blood pressure is up and down. sore feet, my chronic medication is finished a few days ago and usually when I don't take it I pick up weight fast due to water.
so this week if I weigh more and have gained im doing a low calorie soup week to get it back down. But water retenstion usually goes down fast so it's not a worry.
let's do this.
