Well, it's been 1 year since I joined FS, and I am so grateful that I found not only this site but all of my FS buddies. Y'all have been so supportive and it has made my journey easier to know that I can come here and find people that who going through the same thing I am and know how it feels to try to get fit and healthy. Never give up, while this is a personal journey and no one can do it for you, together we can help and support each other to reach all of our goals! Y'all have a great day.

Letty Girl YOU are totally awesome! Thanks everyone! I consider every single one of y'all part of my fitness family. Don't ever give up! And when it seems like you can't go any further, remember you are doing this for your health and well being. It's worth every tear and all the frustrations will never compare with reaching your goals!
