✯Monday, August 24, 2009: Great day dietwise. I had only 23 for the day, calorie total 1,098 . I also treadmilled for 70 minutes. Not my full strength, but I'm pretty pleased considering I hadn't exercised since last Friday, more than 8 days ago. So I'm happy. I am not 100% over my bug, and I'm exhausted. But I'm pleased with myself today.
