Back on the wagon after the long weekend, as planned. Bit of a gain, but I kind of expected that. Last protein day tomorrow and then we start the 4 week weight loss cycle. 💪🏼

Why: (Same as the last round)
- Look and feel good and happy in my skin
- More energy
- Reduce stress
- Mould healthy lifestyle habits for the kids

Goals for this cycle:
- Get back to pre-pregnancy weight
- Increase steps by 10,000 per day
- Exercise 4 - 5 times per week (2 x CrossFit, 2 - 3 x run)
- Do Murph 💪🏼
69.2 kg Lost so far: 8.8 kg.    Still to go: 14.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
