This looks amazing. What pork did you use and what else is in the salad?

I found the mini pork sosaties in our Spar. Literally 4 squares the size of dice on each stick. I marinated them in soysauce and sugar free syrup. Salad is what I had in my fridge avo,lettuce,onion,white cheddar and tomato topped with no carb banting mayonnaise.
