Someone needs to hear this, when you're feeling down for whatever reason don't give up on yourself. That's the time you actually need to love yourself more and take better care of yourself and that doesn't come in the form of binging. Even when our head tells us its a chocolate that will make us feel better it actually isn't. You need that water, that sleep, that walk you don't have energy for. Be kind.
