It was not my most fantastic weekend in terms of making healthy choices but I will push myself harder this week.

Saturday: I went out with my best friend before she goes back to Amsterdam. We started the morning off with avo on toast with bacon and a glass of water (not too bad) We then decided later on that we needed a coffee so we stopped and got flat whites, mine was with almond milk... but you can't have a coffee date without sharing some cake, so we got a carrot cake slice to share with carrots, zucchini, and peanuts in it (I removed the icing because it was too sweet for me)
We ended our night by having a few glasses of wine. Drunk me decided that sit up's would be a great idea when I got home... My abs are still burning.
On Sunday night my husband really wanted alfredo so I made myself a big salad with it.
