Today is going to be a beautiful day here in Tennessee. Warmer weather just reminds me that Spring is just around the corner. Yay! I am excited to wear smaller clothes this year. I spent some time a few weeks back trying on every single item in my closet to see what fits and what doesn't. I'm sure Goodwill was happy with the donation 😀. I wear a size 6 now which I couldn't imagine last year. I'm really proud of myself for making this life change of daily logging and macro balancing. Also now I rarely have that glass of wine or two, or bottle which are really empty calories. Dang, I have changed a lot - for the better 😁.
