Most important thing is make sure you get enough protein in as you will only eat one meal that's a bit consurning as you won't get enough protein and nutrients in

Black coffee, tea and water in mass quantities. Lol Focus on protein and take your vitamins. Pick the right eating time for you- it may take some adjusting. It becomes routine eventually so you aren’t expecting to eat and aren’t as tempted with snacking. It makes tracking calories easier for sure. It’s also a great way to occasionally shave some off if everyday OMAD isn’t a fit. Good luck 👍

Just know that OMAD isn't a "free pass" to skip meals. You still have to eat your entire day's worth of calories and nutrients in your eating window.
