I would've never thought to put a strawberry rhubarb glaze with chicken. It sounds & looks absolutely perfect though. Really yummy!

Thx Hazel 😊 Fruit glazes are very similar to BBQ sauces - sweet & savory. They pair nicely with most meats and are a great way to tie flavors of the wine to the course served.

I don't know why I was surprised, bc I put a blueberry or apple sauce with pork tenderloin & it's fantastic.
Oh, I bought some mandarins & a fennel bulb to try the citrus salad as well, & Yukon potatoes. Also another Daikon radish bc we loved the first one. Learning a lot here!! 😊

I forgot that balsamic becomes sweet & syrupy when heated! I'm going to start using it more for that depth of flavor with the fruit.
