Pretty steady week. Changed macro goals to 45C/30F/25P since that seems to be working right now. Made a cake with banana, no oil or eggs. Turned out 🤤 like a lava cake. Worked out 7/7. 🤸‍♀️

Nicely done. I just adjusted my RDI to 1900 as well. I aim for less but not upset if I hit 1900. I have been used to 1500 for a long time.

Ya I toed the water for awhile before I upped it. I’ve had break throughs with cake. Lol I go harder to burn off the cake and enjoy it most of the time. 🤷‍♀️ It was less scary changing the number when I looked at them as calories to burn.
