Writing this for future (referring back to) and if someone feels the same, you're not alone.
I want to lose weight, I want to live healthy but it's like circumstances get in the way. If things were easier in other areas I'd be able to focus more on the things I want to do like be healthy and fit. Sigh. This is very demotivating. Stress also doesn't help because we know cortisol blocks weight loss.
