I must say though I am grateful for this wonderful community so positive and motivating I was once able to loose a lot of weight cause I was always encouraged by the great spirit that is here .Thank you for your support you are really wonderful.And to top it off January milestone achieved almost 4kg weight lost and I intend to keep it off I am starting to feel good again.So my job now is to make sure I sustain the results.
