I just got stopped by a lady on the treadmill at the gym. She said she was watching me lift and admiring my arms. Another lady told me a couple months ago that she lifts heavy now because of me. I forgot about her until I saw her lifting today. Prior to that she was primarily using a stair climber. And here I was just yesterday saying I hadn't been complimented on my muscles in a bit. Makes ya feel good. Yay me. 💪🏼🏋‍♂️❤🤸
