Absolutely. Animal fats are so essential for a woman's health. I'm on a healing protocol right now and aiming for roughly 80/20 (fat/protein). Later there will be fasting included. For anyone interested, there is more info here: https://youtu.be/5ga1j7TZeE0

please please please do not so carnivore doet without talking to a nutritionist...so many dietitians and nutritions are warming against this diet it's very dangerous.

@lallie ehr, I have been doing mostly carnivore for more than 2 years now. And honestly, I trust Carnivore doctors and long-term followers wayyy more than I trust regularly doctors or nutritionists. Things are not as they seem in this modern world 😉

@Shannon7160 Veggies are not necessary for nutrients, but meat is. Carnivore is the proper human diet. Please do a little research. Plants are trying to kill us 🫠

My body goes into shock when I eat meat 4days in a row to a point of getting sick, so I stick to my veggies

I'm wondering how does this diet work for people who can't eat meat due to medical reasons, like I have a family member who can't come in contact with red meat or else she'll end up in ICU

@Ele’s, without knowing what their issue is I can't say. It might be difficult, unless they can find a doctor who follows this way of eating. I believe everyone can eat meat, and that it can remedy almost any medical condition. Maybe check on Google for anyone using Carnivore to treat that condition. No harm in some research 🤷🏻‍♀️

I love that comment regarding malnutrition. People don't seem to realise how much vitamins and minerals are in animal products. Most people eat the same two or three vegetables for years anyway without variety. Between organ meats, bone broth, and eggs most nutrients are covered...

@Shannon7160 I should hope my cholesterol is high - the body uses it for everything, especially hormones. People with low cholesterol are more likely to die than those with high. Also, those who don't eat carbs, have less need for Vit C, although it is also found in fresh meats, along with every other nutrient the body needs 👌🏼 I am indeed going to live a happy life 🪷
