Dinner- bean&cheese burritos, cheese curd, carrots, spinach with apple and protein shake. Lunch- 2 cups chowda. Night snack- (didn’t eat it last night) dark chocolate and pb. 2100 cals. Got steps in at work plus 20 mins HIIT. Long day lazy dinner 😅
