I'm baaaack...
Well, haven't stood on the scales yet. Am going to do a 5 day detox after my mad month of booze and pies, and then take the plunge. So no alcohol, no processed foods, no cakes, no biscuits, no chocolate. Going to try to stick to lean meat, fish, eggs, veggies etc and wholegrain cereals. Should be EASY as it's ASPARAGUS SEASON! Yey!

Are you coming back to this? I'm on my own and *stalling* LOL! I need a kick up the ass. I've nearly made the target but will move it as still a bit muffin toppy, thinking of lowering to 120 instead of 125. Will be here a while. :) (Takes on average about a year to lose 5 lbs....)
