Dinner- bbq chicken, mushroom rice, broccoli on spinach with an apple and protein shake. Lunch- 2 cups chowda and 1 peach ring. 1450 cals. Got steps in at work and 20 min HIIT. Pretty standard. Probably dark chocolate for night snack. 🍫💕
