Big hearty bowl of cravings. Baby spinach, stroganoff noodles, baked beans, dill corn, brussels with balsamic and a protein shake. Had a protein bar for lunch. 1600 cals. 20 mins HIIT, maybe something tonight. Haven’t been sleeping much. 🥱

Thx dmagee. Tuna seems to be the only thing I don’t get sick of. I keep forgetting to get some edamame to try. Don’t think I’ve ever had it before. Id like to not be as reliant on supplements. Just something to work towards 😊
