Ooooof. Okay. Time to re-strategize. For the next three weeks, in addition to my daytime duties, I’ll be rehearsing at night. This means getting home anywhere between 9:00-11:00pm. I’m too keyed up after rehearsals to go straight to bed so I often stay up until Midnight. Naturally, this all means I want/need a snack since dinner is at 5:30pm and often light. Any tips on meeting late night satiety but not gaining?

Maybe:
celery with some peanut butter, hard boiled eggs with crackers
Carrots with French Dressing
Cucumbers with ranch dressing or a dill sauce, maybe a little chix,
Some cheese with grapes or apples
Generally, you want a protein with a fat or carb to be satisfied. Or maybe eat a larger dinner? Hope this helps!
