Lunch- 2 cups chowda, 5cal energy drink. Dinner- chicken with no sugar added bbq sauce, habanero sauce, ranch, onion, pickle, onion bun, iceberg and a protein drink. Apple for night snack. 1550ish. Got steps in at work. 20 min HIIT 20 min yoga ⚡️
