Dinner- spaghetti on spinach, broccoli, balsamic, parm, Italian bread and butter. With protein shake 1375 cals. Had a jerky/cheese for snack. 1550 cals today (so far). Almost got my steps in at work and light workout planned tonight. 🧘‍♀️
