Fasted workout- 30 min full body dumbbell, 40 min HIIT. Dinner is BIG spicy tuna with spinach, dill corn, green taco sauce, habanero sauce, onion, pickle and tomato. With pita and a protein shake 1150 cals. 🥰

Wondering if you go to a gym or workout at home to video's or...?

Breezy hubs and I work out at home with an app and YouTube. There’s only one gym in town. It’s usually packed and too much social interaction. I prefer home workouts where I’m comfortable making weird faces and the occasional cursing 😅
