Normally I cannot keep it together around shark week time IRT food, would not even think about exercising so what's happening now is just WOW. Pushed through the discomfort and worked out anyway, managed to drink +2L water and the biggest wow of them all : crazy cravings are sleeping this month. Lol.
I know next month may be different, but I am just so proud of my now. Not perfect by any means but a constant work in progress. Progress, my body is doing better today than it did a week ago because I've made better choices for it. I am, in fact, in control. Not my addiction (sugar) and not my emotions.
Be proud of your now. Document it. Come back to it when you need a reminder. Sending everyone love.

Hi there! I have been experiencing the same thing! Trying to get back into a healthier way this week but craving sleep like it's no tomorrow, during my lady sickness week ... now I don't feel so alone or worried.

Hey Luliie, I find it uplifting when I read/ watch people going through the same thing or even similar so I'm trying to share more knowing what it does for me when others share :) take it easy and look after yourself.
