I caught myself trying to under eat during lunch. I sauteed some zoodles and had settled for that, when i realized i had no protein and I was still hungry. SO i made a quick hamburger patty with all the fixings and feel about 1000X better.. What im even more excited about is how i can now recognize this.. I was on the verge of being cranky.... LOL..

I missed lunch,so had a early dinner,hopeful I made up with out too much backlash ( I was out running errands) And I find atkins bars stall me

and of course dinner is late today for me bc of errands but I did get everything i need for the week and got my sick Mr a movie so he will stay outta my hair.
