Hey Dustin, That’s a day’s worth of protein for most of us! 😯 You drinking raw eggs for breakfast? Always wanted to know what’s the reason for that in the bodybuilding world… Would be hard for me not to want to cook those babies! 🍳

Hey CE 🙂 Haha in my opinion most people arent eating nearly enough protein, even those that make an effort to 🙊🙈 As for the raw eggs, lol yes I often just drink em raw for no reason other than me not being bothered enough to cook them 😅 given my current diet I'm eating 10-20 eggs a day; cooking them is just too much of a hassle.. There's nothing special or better about them being raw, some research says it's actually better for the egg protein to cook them 🤷‍♂️
