@graieleyz this was a late breakfast.. My hunger signalling has changed quite a bit so I only really have late breakfast and early dinner without trying to IF.
@wes it's a part of the stomach, so gar I'm really liking the organ meats (depending on your taste preferences). But they're full of nutrients and dirt cheap, think the gizzards cost me R17 and have 90g protein

I see why, that's a lot of protein. When you compare to having a 300g fillet and only get 60g protein then I can understand. I guess like you say comes down to taste and preference as well.
