I was also sick for the last week or so, and had a much reduced appetite. It seems normal, just try to get enough basic nutrients like your dietitian said. Perhaps soups could work too.

Rather have 2 tbspn chia seeds with lemon in water. Guaranteed to keep u full especially when you don't have an appetite.
